Payments

General

• Unlimited small revisions are allowed during the sketch stage at no extra cost.

• Once the sketch is approved, further major changes (pose, outfit, composition, etc.) will incur a fee.

• Minor corrections (such as a missing detail or incorrect layer) will always be fixed free of charge.

• For all custom commissions: please provide visual references (character design, pose, color palette, mood, etc.). The more details, the better!

• If you’d like me to design the character concept, a character design add-on fee applies.

• Please let me know what software you’ll be using the model with to ensure compatibility.

• Turnaround time varies depending on complexity, life events, and availability, but I aim to work efficiently.

• I reserve the right to decline any commission that is outside my skillset or comfort zone.

• Payment options:

  • 100% upfront

  • 50% upfront + 50% before receiving final files

• Progress updates shared before final payment will be heavily watermarked.

• Prices are subject to change over time; the only way to lock in a price is by reserving a commission slot.

• By sending payment, you agree to these Terms of Service.

• Note: All commissions include a small tax/platform fee.

Usage Rights

• Estimated completion:

  • Simple art/emotes: up to 1 week

  • VTuber models/assets: up to 4-6 weeks.

  • Maximum timeframe: 1–2 months depending on queue and complexity

• Commissions are completed first come, first served.

• I provide regular updates; prompt responses from you help speed up completion.

• If extra time is needed, I will notify you as soon as possible.

• Final files are delivered via Google Drive unless otherwise arranged.

Deadlines & Delivery

• You may:

  • Use the artwork for personal purposes (social media, streaming, avatars, banners, etc.).

  • Share the artwork online with proper credit to @Ravynmoonart.

  You may not:

  • Modify, plagiarize, or trace the artwork without permission. (Please contact me if modifications are needed.)

  • Use the artwork for AI training, NFTs, or blockchain-related purposes.

  Commercial Use:

  • Streaming and content creation use is included as general commercial use.

  • Full commercial use requires an additional licensing fee of 1–2x the commission price. This includes:

    • Merchandise (prints, charms, standees, apparel, etc.)

    • Paid promotional materials (ads, posters, banners, event promos)

    • Use on paywalled platforms (Patreon, etc.)

    • Album/book/magazine covers or other printed goods

Artist’s Rights

• I retain copyright to all commissioned artwork unless commercial rights are purchased.

• I may post, livestream, or record the process, and use completed works in my portfolio and promotions (unless a private commission is arranged for an additional fee).

• For fanart commissions of existing franchises: I retain the right to use the artwork in my portfolio or sell prints. Copyright transfer does not apply to fanart.

• No AI/NFT use is permitted under any circumstances.

Intellectual Property & Credit

• Unless a commercial license is purchased, commissions are strictly for personal use only.

• If you would like to delay posting (e.g., for a model debut), I am happy to hold off sharing until your chosen date.

• My watermark/signature may appear on artwork and must not be removed.

• Even if commercial rights are purchased, you must still credit me as the original artist.

General Commercial: Streaming / content use

Full Commercial: Merchandise / ads / print

Refunds

• Refunds are handled as follows:

  • Refunds available if:

    • You cancel within 48 hours of payment.

    • I am unable to complete your commission.

  • Refunds not available if:

    • Work has already begun beyond the initial sketch.

    • Final files have already been delivered.

Communication & Workflow

1. Submit a commission request form.

2. Wait for confirmation of acceptance.

3. I will provide a price quote.

4. Once payment is received, I will begin work.

5. A sketch will be provided for feedback and approval.

6. Final files will be delivered via Google Drive upon completion.
